Ordering

As everything at KIÉ Patisserie is handmade, orders are to be placed at least 3 days in advanced. To place an order, customers can contact us via Whatsapp, Instagram DMs or email and let us know the products that they would like to purchase. Contact information can be viewed at out Contact page. Pricing of the products can be viewed from our website, Whatsapp and Instagram catalog.

Delivery

For orders above RM150.00, we provide free delivery to the customer’s location around Johor Bahru area within 30KM. 

If customer’s location is more than 30km from our location, estimated additional delivery fee as per below :

30-40km : RM10.00-RM15.00

40-50km : RM15.00-RM25.00

For orders below RM150.00, please see below for the estimated delivery charges :

0-10km : RM12.00- RM15.00

10-20km : RM15.00-RM25.00

20-30km : RM25.00-RM35.00

30-40km : RM35.00-RM45.00

40-50km : RM45.00-RM55.00
